Shiven Jain
Shiven is an author, TEDx speaker, amateur researcher, part-time film critic, and a trained Hindustani Classical singer. He's also obsessed with em dashes — often using them in inappropriate contexts! Through this podcast, he aims to integrate his passions for media and modern culture while attempting to navigate various sociopolitical discourses in the context of cinema.

Trisha is an aspiring law student with fluctuating passions that range from baking to ice skating. Growing up in Hong Kong, she sought comfort in Bollywood classics, and her lasting passion for movies has anchored her to a profound connection with her intersectional cultural identity.

Dhyey, our in-house tech support, aspires to transition into the field of computer science. His hobbies encompass watching movies, listening to music and finding solace in peaceful slumbers after a long day at school.

An artist at heart, Seher firmly believes in giving due importance to beauty and aesthetics, utilizing them as carriers for a larger message. This approach allows her to communicate expressions that words often fall short of, and it is the goal she strives to achieve in her work. In essence, Seher stands by the belief that judging a book by its cover isn't always a bad idea.

Raised in the USA, Alisha intricately weaves her Asian heritage with unconventional pursuits. Apart from being passionate about ballet — a dance form she has pursued since the age of four — she uses basketball and poetry as outlets for self-expression.

Having grown up in Malaysia, Devika has consistently been drawn to literature and performing arts. A dedicated theatre nerd, her passion extends to writing and initiating thought-provoking conversations with others.
